premier marriage preparation guide. Used by family
life offices, marriage preparation weekend retreats, and
individual couples preparing for the "adventure of a
lifetime," this easy-to-use booklet focuses on the essential
topics and issues that engaged couples will face.
A new version of Perspectives on Marriage that includes
the F.A.C.E.T. marriage preparation resource is now
available. This powerful tool will encourage couples to
engage in active conversation on thirteen different topic
areas in 174 questions. Each topic area also includes two-to-four open-ended discussion ideas through which
couples can more fully explore their feelings. Topics
addressed include:

- Roles in marriage
- Budget/finances
- Values
- Habits
- Work/family issues
- Friends/leisure
- Sexuality/intimacy
- Commitment
- Communication
- Parenting
- Faith/religion/spirituality

The couples’ responses are designed to be discussed
with a marriage preparation facilitator, but the questions
will spark important conversations between couples
that will help them deal with any issues that they may
face in the future.
